i found the room quite clean. the bed was very comfortable. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. i also used the gym and noticed it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the phone in the room was not working properly, but i didn't need to use it much.

The cathedral and shops were a quick four-minute walk! The riverside quay was only five minutes away. I found many restaurants downtown and enjoyable riverside walks.
the coffee machine seemed too complicated! it would be simpler if staff served coffee or offered ready-made options.

the reception and bar area felt cute to me. i found the rooms were clean and tidy . this. i also appreciated the comfortable beds.
i found that the reception staff were impersonal. customer service felt limited during interactions. the room felt dated to me. the toilet flooded each time it was flushed so i had to close the lid before flushing.

i have stayed at this hotel many times. this visit has made me think about other options. the room had old furniture past its best. the window was smashed, and some amenities were missing.
