The staff was kind. I really appreciated the swimming pool. The sauna was clean.

limited food colored water
The hotel has a good location near local restaurants and the town.
The hotel seemed understaffed . I often had to ask staff to refill basics like coffee. The juice tasted like colored water. The food choice was limited.

great stay indeed
clean room comfortable bed fresh towels
i found the room quite clean. the bed was very comfortable. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. i also used the gym and noticed it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the phone in the room was not working properly, but i didn't need to use it much.

the hotel offers a pool with twenty loungers. there is also a shaded section near the pool area. the gym includes several cardio machines and free weights.

quick walk nice restaurants riverside walks
The cathedral and shops were a quick four-minute walk! The riverside quay was only five minutes away. I found many restaurants downtown and enjoyable riverside walks.
the coffee machine seemed too complicated! it would be simpler if staff served coffee or offered ready-made options.

surprisingly good stay!
good toiletries minibar selection prompt staff
I found the provided toiletries to be of good quality (especially the shower gel). i also appreciated the minibar in my room. It had a reasonable selection of beverages. the staff responded quickly when i requested extra towels, a detail i very much appreciated.

smashed window old furniture
the spacious room included everything needed, very good bathroom size and decor.
i have stayed at this hotel many times. this visit has made me think about other options. the room had old furniture past its best. the window was smashed, and some amenities were missing.
