I found the provided toiletries to be of good quality (especially the shower gel). i also appreciated the minibar in my room. It had a reasonable selection of beverages. the staff responded quickly when i requested extra towels, a detail i very much appreciated.

the reception and bar area felt cute to me. i found the rooms were clean and tidy . this. i also appreciated the comfortable beds.
i found that the reception staff were impersonal. customer service felt limited during interactions. the room felt dated to me. the toilet flooded each time it was flushed so i had to close the lid before flushing.

the spacious room included everything needed, very good bathroom size and decor.
i have stayed at this hotel many times. this visit has made me think about other options. the room had old furniture past its best. the window was smashed, and some amenities were missing.
